Payment & Shipping

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: I accept payments using Paypal or payment with Debit and Credit card via Shopify Payments.

Q: Do you ship to my country?

A: Yes! I ship all over the world

Q: How is my package sent?

A: Most orders are packaged for posting in a small letterbox sized box. I use recyclable materials in my packaging and will not use plastic wherever possible. If bubble wrap is used it has not been bought and I have repurposed it from items I have received.

Q: When will my package be sent?

A: I ship orders twice a week, on a Tuesday and on a Friday. This means if your order is with me by 4pm UK time on the Monday or Thursday before then ordinarily it will be shipped the next day. Some items take longer to ship, such as button badges as these items are made to order. When ordering in a large shop drop I will have a larger influx of orders and it will take longer for me to process and send your package.

Q: Do you offer tracking?

A: Yes! I have tried to offer a wide range of shipping options to offer tracked and standard mail options. Just select the option during checkout! Please however note that International Tracking is not available to all countries. If while processing I discover that it is not an option after you have purchased the tracking I will be in touch to offer a solution.

Q: How long will my package take to arrive?

A: This depends on where it's going! All orders are posted from Scotland. Within the UK packages usually take between 1-3 working days to arrive. Outside of the UK they arrive within an average of 2-3 weeks, however it can take up to 4 weeks if there are delays with the postal system and/or customs. Please do not e-mail me about lost packages until the 4 week period from date of posting is over. It is rare to have orders lost in the post, but common for them to take their time arriving!

**During the current Covid-19 Pandemic orders are taking twice as long to arrive. Please note before ordering that no refunds or replacements can be offered until such a time that the postal systems have recovered.

Q: It's been over 4 weeks and my order still hasn't arrived! What do I do?

A: In the current climate we need to be patient, international mail can take as much as 4 months to arrive. Please email me at puredeadbrilliantged@gmail.com or reply to your confirmation email so we can monitor the situation. Please note that if tracked shipping is not selected then we have no way of tracking your order once it's left myself.

Q: The address on my order is incorrect, what do I do?

A: Please check your address carefully whilst making your order and confirm it is correct in your order confirmation email. If your address isn't right, please send me a message ASAP and I should be able to correct it for you. I can not take responsibility for items shipped to the incorrect address: remember it is YOUR responsibility to make sure your shipping details are accurate!


Q: I can't find the answer to my question on this page and I'd like to contact you, how do I do this?

Q: Why is it taking so long for you to answer my e-mail?

A: I try to reply to emails as soon as I can, however I run this company on my own whilst also living with ADHD which can hamper my email replying skills.


Q: Can I return my item?

A: Items can be returned within 30 days of receiving the items, unused and in perfect condition for a refund or exchange. Postage costs will not be reimbursed. To let me know if you would like to return an item email me at: puredeadbrilliantged@gmail.com or reply to your confirmation email when you bought the item as this will give me your details.

Q: When will X Product be back in stock?

A: It depends! Some items are limited edition and will never be restocked, others will return. The best way to get up to date news on restocks etc is to follow me on Instagram @PureDeadBrilliantStore

Q: What does Seconds and A/B Grade mean?

A: Due to enamel pins being made by hand small imperfections may be present. Pins with large areas of metal will always come with micro scratches even in A Grade. Pins with glitter enamel often may have small air bubble holes as resin is used. 

If you buy a B or Seconds Grade listed pin then there will be more obvious imperfections. Such as areas of under or over filled enamel, scratches, and markings or problems in the plating. The pins can still be worn and often with B Grades the imperfections are barely noticeable when worn.

With Seconds the imperfection is a more noticeable, such as area's with obvious spots of incorrect colour, pins with missing sections of enamel or larger scratches.

Please note that when buying non A Grade pins you are agreeing to the terms that the pins have imperfections and they cannot be returned for cosmetic issues.
